peppermint crisp ‘tart’

inspired by the South African favourite: chocolate cake layered with creamy dulce de leche mousse and peppermint crisp chocolate crunch.

lemon white chocolate

zesty lemon sponge paired with house-made lemon curd, and airy vanilla white chocolate mousse – refreshing and elegant.

double chocolate

a chocoholic’s dream – decadent chocolate cake with silky chocolate crèmeux made from a blend of 33% and 70% Callebaut chocolate.

strawberries and cream

vanilla strawberry cake layered with homemade strawberry compote, and whipped, tangy crème fraiche mousse.
